    The St. Louis Museum Stores Garage Sale is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sat., March 20 at The Living World at the Saint Louis Zoo. Gift shops from area attractions sell close-out and clearance items, including souvenirs, toys, books, clothing, artwork and more at discounted prices. Some of the participating gift shops are Butterfly House, Cahokia Mounds Museum, Campbell House Museum, Canterbury Bookstore, Cathedral Bookstore, City Museum, Eugene Field House & St. Louis Toy Museum, Humane Society of Missouri, Museum Store under the Arch, Saint Louis Art Museum, Saint Louis Zoo, Wild Canid Survival and Research Center and World Bird Sanctuary.   • “Green”-scape Festival

    The “Green”-scape Festival is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sat., March 20 at Greenscape Gardens (2832 Barrett Station Road in Manchester). Greenscape Gardens and Ameren UE Pure Power celebrate the first day of spring with educational seminars and booths demonstrating easy ways to make homes more eco-friendly and energy-efficient. A sneak preview of this year’s best plants for native and habitat gardens, information on making good use of rainwater and yard waste, new options for organic gardening, and a visit from a World Bird Sanctuary naturalist also are featured.   • Middle school night out

    7:00pm – 9:00pm

    The City of Eureka Parks and Recreation Department presents “Luck o’ the Irish Ice Cream Social and Karaoke,” a middle school night out for kids aged 10-14, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Fri., March 26 at Eureka Community Center.   • Eureka Easter Egg Hunt

    10:00am

    The City of Eureka hosts an Easter Egg Hunt for kids ages 12 and younger at 10 a.m. on Sat., March 27 (rain date is April 3) at Kircher Park. The first 350 participants receive a goody bag. Admission is one non-perishable food item per person. Call 938-6775.

  • “Hare in the Air” Egg Hunt

    10:00am

    The “Hare in the Air” Egg Hunt is at 10 a.m. (registration begins) on Sat., March 27 on the Logan College of Chiropractic campus in Chesterfield. Fredbird visits from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., and the Easter Bunny arrives by helicopter at 11 a.m. An egg hunt, balloon artists, petting zoo and other activities are featured. Admission is free.   • St. Peters Home, Garden and Great Outdoors Show

    The 17th annual St. Peters Home, Garden and Great Outdoors Show will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sat., March 27, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sun., March 28, at St. Peters City Hall next to the Rec Plex. The event will be in conjunction with the city's Going Green campaign with Earth Month, which will begin at the annual Home, Garden and Great Outdoor Show. The event will have approximately 60 vendors.   • Youth Activity Park Easter Egg Hunt

    10:15am

    The fifth annual Youth Activity Park Easter Egg Hunt will start at 10:15 a.m. on Sat., April 3 at the park located at 7801 Hwy. N in Dardenne Prairie. Children age 3 years and younger will start at 10:15 a.m.; ages 4 to 6 years will start at 11 a.m.; and ages 7 to 12 years will begin at 11:45 a.m. For just $5 per child, the YAP Easter Egg Hunt offers a host of fun activities. At the conclusion of the egg hunts, kids can play egg-themed games and as a take-home gift, the Easter Bunny will be available for photos with participants throughout the event.
