A computer hacker has targeted the Megan Meier Foundation formed by her mother, Tina Meier, in honor of her daughter, Megan Meier, 13, who took her own life on Oct. 17, 2006.

After an accident last fall incapacitated the city architect, who was also general contractor for the city of Dardenne Prairie's various construction projects, all work came to a stand-still.

About the same time the Christmas snow storm swept through the area, a media storm erupted when it became publicized that the wife of a contractor to the city of Dardenne Prairie named Mayor Pam Fogarty in an order of protection petition.

Like nearly every family, organization and governmental jurisdiction these days, everyone is trying to do more with less and thinking outside the box is encouraged.
