Fort Zumwalt Park to close to traffic for bike race

Fort Zumwalt Park in O'Fallon, Mo., will be closed to vehicles from 9 p.m. on Friday, May 21, through 5 p.m. Saturday, May 22, for the O'Fallon Gold Cup Criterium bicycle race.

The public is invited to attend the event and watch the race, which is sponsored by O'Fallon businesses. Spectator admission is free.

Spectator parking will be available at:

  • Midwest Agency, 8917 Veterans Memorial Parkway
  • Holy Cross Lutheran Church of O'Fallon, 8945 Veterans Memorial Parkway
  • Christy Banquet Center, 9000 Veterans Memorial Parkway
